Deira creek was Dubai’s main connection for centuries. It runs side by side the entire stretch of Dubai creek separating the older neighbourhood of Dubai from the newer and modern cosmopolitan city. The historic district is known for its open market where you can stroll the spice souk, perfume souk and gold souk discovering the original shopping pleasures. The Dubai creek 18 hole golf and yacht club is a major attraction of Deira creek.
Enjoy a glimpse into the heritage of Dubai by visiting the historic Bur Dubai with its traditional markets, textile souk, and traditional meals. The beautiful old structures are painstakingly restored to their former glory. Do not miss a visit to this historic part of the history of Dubai.
Satwa or Al Satwa is one of the oldest parts of Dubai located between Jumeirah and Bur Dubai. This landmark part of Dubai is known for its hustle and bustle with older buildings facing the majestic Burj Khalifa.
A contemporary museum that houses photos, artefacts, documentaries and interactive pavilions of history and journey of the magnificent Emirates from its foundation to modern glory.

It was a great experience. Got to see a lot of things from secluded dunes to luxurious malls to amazing skylines to the old archeological sites.
